Terms of Service

Reservations and Check-In:

• Guests must be 21 years or older to book a room and check in.
• Room keys are exclusively released to the reservation holder.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in.
• Check-in time begins at 4 PM.
• Complimentary luggage storage is available on the day of check-in.
• All rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests, except Double Double Rooms which allow up to 4.
• Parties are strictly prohibited in guest rooms.
• There are no extra fees or taxes after booking.

Guest Portal:

For our guests' convenience and security, we've implemented a straightforward ID verification process through our guest portal. After booking your stay, you'll receive a text message containing a link to our portal. Simply follow the link to verify your identity, a crucial step to receive your mobile room key via the Open Key app.
This ensures a seamless and secure check-in experience upon your arrival at Untitled.

Check-Out:

• Guests must check out before 11 AM.
• Complimentary luggage storage is available on the day of check-out. Overnight storage is not provided, and items will be discarded.
• The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings left in rooms or common areas.

No Smoking Policy:

• UNTITLED is a 100% smoke-free establishment.
• A $150 cleaning fee will be charged for violations of the no-smoking policy.

Pet Policy:

• Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not permitted.
• Certified Service Dogs are welcome but must not be left unattended.
• Charges for cleaning or repairs due to Service Dog damages may apply.

Mail, Packages & Deliveries:

• The hotel assumes no liability for guest mail or packages.
• Food delivery personnel are not permitted beyond the lobby. Guests must collect all deliveries personally.
• UNTITLED does not accept or store mail or packages for guests.

Parking:

• No on-premises parking is available.
• Street parking and nearby garages are available subject to local regulations.

Damages Policy

• At UNTITLED, we are committed to providing our guests with a beautiful and well-maintained environment. We kindly ask all guests to treat the property with care. Should any damages to the room or other areas of the hotel occur during your stay, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of repairs or replacements.
• By booking a stay with us, you acknowledge responsibility for any damages caused during your visit and agree to the charges for these damages being billed to the credit card on file.

Termination of Stay:

• UNTITLED reserves the right to cancel any reservation without a refund for policy violations.

Cancellation Policy:

Untitled offers two distinct rates, each with its own cancellation policy foryour convenience:

Go Green Rate:

• This is a non-refundable booking.
• No changes or cancellations are allowed 24 hours after booking.

Base Rate:

• Flexible booking.
• Cancel or change up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Beyond this, modifications including early departures are non-refundable.

Booking on Other Sites:

• Please manage cancellations or changes through the platform you booked with.
• Note that booking through other sites may involve stricter cancellation policies. Always review the site's policies before booking and contact them directly for inquiries.

Airbnb Bookings:

• Strict or Non-refundable

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. In addition to Strict, offer a non-refundable option—guests pay 10% less, but you keep your payout no matter when they cancel.
